I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms offered a view of the Eiffel Tower and the streets of Paris, which was amazing. While they weren't very big or soundproof, having a sofa bed and 2 twins combined into a kingsize was a nice touch. The service was fluent in English and helpful, though not overly friendly. Despite not taking immediate action after our feedback, they were very polite, friendly, and helpful overall. The location couldn't have been better with easy access to metro stations and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. On the downside, the dining options were limited and not very expansive. The buffet was decent but priced at 12 euros only. However, the facilities were satisfactory and the value for money was fair considering the proximity to major attractions.
